PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship through USPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or carrier delays.)

WARM WEATHER NOTICE 

Some products, like body butters, may soften or melt during transit in warm weather. This does not affect the quality. Please bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping is based on package details (e.g. weight) and destination. Free shipping promotions may apply during special events.

ORDER ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it is their responsibility.

Bubbles, Butters, & Bliss is not liable for:

• Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact your local carrier office to start an investigation.
