REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Bubbles, Butters, & Bliss, all products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and hygiene. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference of scent, texture, or color
• Sensitivity or allergic reactions
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Items left unattended after delivery
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged during transit or contain a verified defect.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of:
• The damaged/defective item
• The packaging it arrived in
• The shipping label -
A brief explanation of the issue
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.
A product is considered defective only if there is:
• A manufacturing error (ex: missing product, incorrect item)
• Severe leakage or breakage during transit
• A quality issue that makes the product unusable
(ex: mold, contamination)
Normal variations are not defects, including:
• Slight differences in color, texture, or scent
• Minor surface imperfections (handmade products vary naturally)
VERIFICATION PROCESS

All claims are reviewed case-by-case.
We may request additional photos or video to verify the issue.
Claims that cannot be verified or appear fraudulent will be denied.
If approved, we will:
• Send a free replacement or
• Issue a store credit (based on your preference and product availability)
Refunds to the original payment method are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
We are not responsible for:
• Wrong addresses entered at checkout
• Packages stolen after delivery
• Unclaimed packages
